At Ministry of Magnets, every order is custom-made with care. Orders usually take 2–4 business days to process before shipping. We use reliable delivery services to send your magnets safely to your door. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. UK deliveries typically take 2–5 business days after dispatch. We currently ship within the UK, but if you’re outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us first. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our magnets are personalised, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a problem with your order. If your item arrives damaged, has a mistake, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to fix the issue — whether that means a refund, replacement, or another solution.

To report a problem, email us with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’re here to make things right and ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Refunds (if issued) will be processed through your original payment method.

• We may slightly adjust your image (e.g., crop or brighten) to improve quality, but we’ll never make major changes without letting you know.

Important: All images and photos shared with us are used only for creating your order and are permanently deleted 7 days after your order is fulfilled.
